REFUND POLICY: THIS EVENT IS NONREFUNDABLE. NO FULL OR PARTIAL REFUNDS ARE GIVEN TO CUSTOMERS WHO MISS AN EVENT.

• Advanced online race registration is required.
• The deal is valid only for tickets on the date(s) of the event as listed and may not be exchanged or redeemed for other dates. Entire value must be used in a single event; value is nontransferable.
• Must be 21+ to purchase; must be at least 14+ to participate in this event; minors must have parent signature for waiver.
• Consumer purchases a mandatory $10 insurance charge when you register via the Wilderness Survival Game or 5K Mud Run website.
• The purchase is non-transferable. Refund requests for transfers via active will not be honored.
• No online spectator registration is required; spectator ticket is included with purchase. No, we do not issue refunds, regardless of circumstance, nor do we issue partial refunds, as per company policy and the terms & conditions that are agreed to by each participant during registration.

We get it – this sucks. That’s why we offer the ability to transfer your registration to another event if you cannot participate. You can visit our registration center home to move your registration to another event.
